Message	Very simple install, took me a couple minutes.. the only real thing you have to decide is to where to mount the ballast. So, I decided to mount them here... looking for feedback to see if this is an okay spot. Also, I wrapped it in foam for protection... not sure if it is really needed. From what I can tell, there is no way water can get way up there. What do people think about the location? And is the foam necessary?
